“The reception desk was the the first encounter. One person was not very welcoming or friendly. Then was charged extra for my child. It wasnt a pleasant experience. It made me very frustrated and angry To the point I almost left to go to previous resort. But my kids and I were tired, hungry, and hot. “Very friendly and helpful staff especially Marvin at concierge and Beth in the restaurant. Swimming pool was large and was in a beautiful setting. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Location to airport is unbeatable, you can literally walk in minutes or take the free shuttle.”

“Pros: Great and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Our room is cleaned well. There is an in-house guest shuttle service going to and from Pueblo Verde Outlets and SM Seaside. Cons: Check-in process takes awhile but the check out is easy. Some areas like outdoor’s big round table needs repair. You can see the wrinkling of the wood from being wet.”
